Profile details you choose to add, including a display name, bio, location, phone number, profile photo, and seller verification materials.
Listing information for products and services you publish, including titles, descriptions, prices, images, and inventory counts.

With other users as needed to complete a transaction, such as sharing a shipping address with the seller you bought from.

With service providers who help us run LOUMO, such as hosting, analytics, and email delivery, only to the extent necessary and under appropriate confidentiality obligations.

04Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services.
Transaction records may be retained after account closure to comply with legal, tax, and accounting requirements.
You can request deletion of your account at any time from Settings, which removes your profile and listings from the platform.

05Your Choices

You can edit or remove profile details and listings at any time.
You can manage notification preferences and communication settings within the app.
You can close your account from Settings, which disables access to your data going forward.
Where required by law, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information — contact us to exercise them.

06Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach occurs that affects your rights, we will notify you and authorities as required by law.

07Children’s Privacy

LOUMO is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

08International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, where data protection laws may differ. By using LOUMO you consent to such transfers in accordance with this policy.
